These two video works are presented through a first-person narrative from the perspective of non-human creatures, offering an emotional and sensory response to environmental changes and the historical shifts in avian territories during the colonial period. Through this lens, the videos explore how non-human life forms might articulate a different perception of history—one that connects human cultural and economic expansion with the transformation of endemic ecologies over time. This work seeks to reframe historical narratives by centering the voices of the non-human, revealing the entangled relationship between colonial legacies and the natural world.
