Art and Visual Portfolio presentation for applications

Drawing on my experience as a practising contemporary painter with Global Talent Visa, my participation in creative and research programmes at cultural institutions including the Science Museum, the Royal Ballet and Opera (Royal Opera House), and the Zoological Society of London (ZSL). I provide one-to-one consultations designed to help artists refine their professional materials while strengthening their professional presentation in documents | portfolios.

Professional Art Portfolio

This section is mainly for artists who need a clear, professional record of their work and a portfolio that can be adapted for galleries, open calls, exhibition proposals, residencies, private clients and other applications.

Art Document-based Portfolio

Artist statements and biography, and professional artist CVs
Personal statements and written application materials
College and art school portfolio guidance for foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate applications
Support with presenting artistic evidence for endorsement applications such as Global Talent endorsement materials ( evidence arrangement in document, the structure of letter of supports, and visual contexts of each files)
Review of clarity, structure, tone, and professional presentation of written and visual materials
Support with documents prepared for applications to universities, cultural institutions, arts organisations, councils' endorsement, funding bodies, and other professional opportunities

Review of a selected portfolio project, including PDF or website portfolios
Portfolio structure, context, visual sequencing, layout, and presentation
Guidance on organising portfolios and visual records of artworks for gallery submissions, open calls, exhibitions, residencies, grants, and other professional applications
Artistic presentation and document structure only; no legal or immigration advice is provided

Service and the Fee

Sessions are available in person at my artist studio in London, or online.

Consultation Fee: £70 per 60-minute session

A one-to-one consultation (on online or in-person) for artists who are at the early planning stage of developing a portfolio or professional document. This session is ideal if you are unsure how to begin, what information to include, or how to structure and present your materials effectively.
During the session, we will review your existing ideas, artworks, or draft materials and discuss the most suitable structure, content, visual presentation, and next steps for your specific goal. You will receive critical feedback and detailed practical guidance to help you plan and develop the document before beginning the full design or editing process.
This service is particularly suitable for artists preparing portfolios for exhibition or open-call applications, gallery submissions, institutional applications, or other professional art documents.
It is objective to provide the critical and objective guideline, therefore, it will be suitable to discuss the idea and direction to create the art portfolio rather than bring the completed one to be reviewed.

Document Creation Fee: £60 per document (max 5 pages per document) .

A detailed written and visual arrangement to create the portfolio with the pdf or online website (applicable under request) and also provide the information that you need to arrange in the portfolio in each page.
Objective to create a visually comprehensive and authentic portfolio for viewers.

Document Review Fee: £50 per document (max 10 pages per document) .

A detailed written review of your artistic documents, providing constructive feedback on content, structure, clarity, and presentation.
This optional service must be booked separately from the consultation and is available upon request.
A Complete work in MS word is required to be reviewed.
