Commission 

• A brief description of your commission of the artwork

• Preferred dimensions in centimetre or meter (base and width) 

• Intended location for the artwork (home, office, gallery, public space, etc.)

• Preferred paints (oil, acrylic, watercolour, or if you would like guidance)

• Preferred medium (canvas, paper, or if you would like guidance)

• Preferred colour palette or atmosphere (optional)

• Reference images or inspiration (optional)

• Desired timeframe or deadline

• Approximate budget​

• Please include your preferred delivery timeframe and delivery location where possible (e.g. October 2026, New York City). 

• Each commission is developed in close dialogue with the client during the free online consultation while remaining true to my artistic practice and visual language

• Following your initial enquiry, I will arrange a complimentary one-hour Zoom consultation to discuss your ideas, requirements, budget, timeline, and the proposed direction of the commission.

• If we both feel the project is a good fit, the commission will then be formally accepted and confirmed.

• An official written commission agreement via pdf will then be provided, outlining the detailed agreed scope of work, price, payment terms, estimated completion date, delivery arrangements, and any other relevant conditions before the commission begins.

• Each commission is individually priced according to the scale, complexity, materials, and overall requirements of the artwork.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. The commission will commence once the deposit has been received.

• Buyers are welcome to request progress updates via email throughout the commission process. Where appropriate, I can provide brief written updates or images showing the development of the work.

• Completion times vary depending on the size, complexity, and materials required for the artwork. An estimated completion date will be agreed in advance.

• Once the artwork is completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full by bank transfer before delivery or shipping is arranged.

• Delivery will normally be arranged within two weeks of receiving full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Framing, import duties or taxes, shipping, and installation costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Shipping arrangements and costs can be discussed during the purchasing process.

I accept commissions for physical artworks only. 

I do NOT create, sell, or authorise NFTs or blockchain-based versions of my work.
